Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports
Bank Reconciliations
Report Weekly Cashflow to the Director
Prepare Quarterly BAS & GST Reports
Accounts Receivable: Report Monthly Sales Figures to the Director, Invoicing and Credit Control
Accounts Payable: Payments by EFT & Pay Vehicle Registrations and Bills for the company
Process Weekly Payroll for 30 employees
Process and Report Monthly PAYG, Payroll Tax & Superannuation
Organise renewal of Yearly Insurance Policies
Report Truck Accidents to the Insurer
Bookkeeping for another 5 Investment/other companies
Other Duties, as requested by Management
Require Teamwork with Internal & External Parties
Reporting to Director and External Tax Accountant
MYOB Experience preferably
