Where you'll be working
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related discipline supported by demonstrated and extensive experience in a like role within a diverse government or commercial environment. Current member of relevant professional body.
- Significant and demonstrated relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the application of capital, asset and leasing principles and methodologies within a diverse and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change.
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements including the initiation of engagement with stakeholders to ensure their reporting needs are being met. This will include advanced level software skills.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all management levels within an organisation to work effectively with a diverse range of people including external clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, mentor and support team members as well as other stakeholders to achieve organisational and departmental goals.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.

All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs
