Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst of PRFS Finance and Admin team, this role is responsible for providing financial administration of PRFS procurement process and vendor management, processing Vendor invoices and ensure data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.What the role will involve:
- Ensures account payable function is efficiently and effectively undertaken, invoices are processed accurately within required timeframe and vendors are paid on prescribed payment terms.
- Archive vendor invoices and related supporting documents in a timely manner and readily retrievable when required.
- Provide Procurement support to PRFS business, such as creating shopping carts for standing Purchase orders, responding to internal and external customers' queries in a timely manner, communicating effectively on contract and job issues and the status of processing.
- Provide reporting on vendor contract related statistics.
- Maintain agency staff register.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and change initiatives.
- Maintains a positive work relationship with vendors.
- Other Ad hoc duties as directed by the line manager.
- Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards.
- Considerable procurement experience and account payable experience in a large multi-functional organisation.
- Considerable experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP or equivalent) in a large commercial organisation.
- Demonstrated experience to effectively engage, communicate with and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate good computing skills, including ability to use Microsoft suite of systems and demonstrate the capability to learn and apply the Corporation's suite of business computing applications, such as SAP, E-Procurement, and etc.
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and high volume of work
- Ability to participate as a member of multi-disciplined teams to foster sound relationship management
- Good attention to detail.
