The Management Accountant provides financial support, information and analysis to the finance business partners and the wider Cement & Lime division team. This role will be assisting in the formulation of budgets, forecast and reporting along with supporting the month end through analysis, journals and accruals. Financial information incorporates sales and operational information for both the profit and loss and balance sheet.
This is a permanent, full time role based in Birkenhead, SA with flexible working arrangements on offer. ResponsibilitiesAdherence to all safe working and environmental policies & procedures
Assist in month end close for the division; including journals, accrual, cost transfers, reporting and analysis
Managing the stock reconciliation process
Communicate information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where necessary.Analysis and reporting of major shut down costs for the sites
Ensure appropriate coding structures are maintained within SAP including taking appropriate action where required to correct
