NFP Organisation | Hybrid Working Model Option | Part Time Hours Negotiable
This position will see you reporting to the Deputy CEO and work collectively across the wider business to ensure effective accounting and financial practices.

You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage strategic functions throughout the finance department
- Prepare monthly forecasts by analysis of financial data
- Develop Annual Budgets while ensuring focus on the organisational long term Financial Plan
- Conduct month-end and year-end finance processes
- Preparation and filing of monthly BAS
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures with the leadership team
- Liaising with a range of internal employees, senior management, and external stakeholders
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience of preparing and presenting financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
- Understand the regulatory frameworks governing not-for-profit organisations in Australia
- Ability to analyse information and data to identify trends, opportunities and make recommendations
- Manage Accounts employees and showcase leadership skills across the wider business
- Completed CA or CPA qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience working in accounting positions
- Knowledge and competency in the use of the MS Office suite and Xero - essential
- Experienced at processing payroll - essential

This position offers a salary between $90,000 - $97,000 + super depending on experience and includes regular café lunches with the team!
