Role Overview:
As a Tax & Business Advisory Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, reporting directly to the Senior Accountant and Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding client service, creating memorable moments that go beyond expectations.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare insightful financial analysis and reports, enabling clients to make informed and strategic business decisions.
Collaboration and Team Management: Work collaboratively across the firm and various service lines, leveraging financial and commercial insights. Manage team workflow.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Develop innovative solutions and recommendations to streamline processes and drive client success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA/CPA qualification or in the process of obtaining.
- 3-5 years of experience in public practice accounting.
- Proficiency with Xero, MYOB and Excel.
- Experience preparing BAS, Financial Statements and Tax Returns.
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
- A thirst for continuous learning and process improvement, particularly with a focus on enhancing through technology.
- Embrace an energetic, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
