SalaryExciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a rapidly growing business based in Preston. This position will initially be a 4-6-month contract, with high potential of it becoming permanent opportunity.

The role:
As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of accruals and prepayments
- Preparation of financial reports
- Posting journals
- Support with budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow forecasting
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Experience using an ERP
- Team player
- Quick learner
- Immediately available
