An award-winning, dynamic and multi-faceted construction company specialising in fit-outs and refurbishment projects. They have built a reputation for delivering quality work based on reliability, professionalism and precision. Rosebery location. 

Roles and Responsibilities  
You must have all round experience in a stand alone accounts role of a construction company and must be a proficient user of Jobpac.
Potential to work from home/hybrid for the right candidate (first 3 months 5 days a week on premise for training to get up to speed with the accounting system and to get to know the team and build the required relationships).
Parking onsite. 
$90-100k + Super

Reporting directly into the company Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Receivable; 
• Accounts Payable;
• Fortnightly Payroll;
• Preparing relevant monthly payments to ATO;
• Bank Reconciliation;
• Jobpac training and preparation of Jobpac procedures, 
• Actively chasing monies owning; 
• Setting up projects on Jobpac;
• Preparing and analysing EOM & EFOY accounts; 
• Liaising with the project team and external accountants / bookkeepers; 
• Maintaining creditors and debtors records including insurances; preparation of reports, notes, and financial statements; 
• Preparation of financial accounting information and analysis for internal reporting purposes; 
• Preparation of client progress claims and tax invoices;
• Co-ordinating customer and technical support with Jobpac.
