KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing monthly financial and compliance reports
- Managing transactions and bank reconciliations, processing payroll and Inter-entity reconciliation
- Liaising with parent company (CN) ’s managers regarding processing of monthly accruals and Variance analysis
- Prepayment reconciliation
- Managing cashflows, approving payments and overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and WIP (Job Costing).
- Responsible for overseeing the completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Assisting in compiling information to complete the annual and half-year audit with the Company’s external auditors, including liaison with the external auditors
- Weekly cashflow reporting
- Providing assistance with meeting various taxation obligation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of employment experience as an Accountant
- Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance Degree
- Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements
- Strong experiences in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators
- Advanced experiences in MYOB Advanced and Xero system
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of integrated accounting systems
- Excellent communication skills: proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels in a clear and concise manner
- Advanced working knowledge and experience with MS Excel
- Strong time management skills
- Required to be fluent in both English and Mandarin
