The Role:
As a Part-Time Accounts and Admin Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and financial processes within our client's organization. From managing accounts payable to fostering positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate data entry and timely payment processing.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients promptly and accurately, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Receipt incoming payments and reconcile accounts receivable as required, maintaining financial accuracy.
- Place orders for office supplies, monitor stock levels, and manage inventory to support operational needs.
- Maintain organised filing systems and implement document control measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and a can-do-attitude.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
- Flexibility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
