Integrated Lifting Solutions is a privately owned rigging and labour hire company located in Bibra Lake, that provides a range of Rigging equipment sales and hire, testing and certification services, and rigger labour hire across the mining, construction and industrial trades.
Integrated Lifting Solutions is looking for an Accounts Clerk (Part Time Flexible) to provide a high level of support services to the business. This role is approx 15 hours per week, with flexible work hours for the right candidate.

Key Duties include:
- Job card & labour timecard Invoicing
- Processing accounts payable and credit card transactions
- Processing remittance payments and debt collection
- Timesheet reconciliation and payroll processing
- ATO, superannuation, MyLeave reconciliations & payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintain an orderly electronic account filing system
- Ensure all tax and reporting obligations are met
- General support to the administration and workshop team
