RecruitWest is on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Clerk with all-round capability in everything from payroll to accounting to working full-time for our client in Belmont.
We're chasing someone with a detailed background in Accounting with excellent attention to detail, great organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What will I be doing?
- Managing accounts receivable & payable by:
- Processing sales invoices / statements to clients, including debt collection and dispute resolution
- Managing client and vendor card files (client credit checks)
- Processing purchase invoices from vendors
- Managing fixed asset register
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Managing payroll and banking by:
- Preparing leave entitlements, bonuses and commissions
- Reviewing payroll and process bank file accordingly
- Processing monthly superannuation contributions
- Update and send fortnightly schedules to Paypac
- Complete PAYG, GST and BAS returns
What are the employment details?
- $90k-$100k annual salary, depending on experience
- Central location in Belmont 6104
- Full-time role
What's required from you?
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or related
- Your own vehicle / transport
