An exciting opportunityWe are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join us to support global business growth across all our entities. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in completing general accounting tasks accurately and efficiently within the APG Group including account administration and reporting, as well as liaison with clients, banks, employees, and suppliers. We are looking for someone who picks up processes quickly, loves data entry and is prepared to get in and do the work.

- Managing accounting data entry and processing efficiently.
- Working in a paperless digital system where accuracy is critical.
- Working with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensuring accounts processes are followed with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Timely working through the monthly deadlines for executive reporting and financial meetings.
- Completing accounts tasks as required and ensuring prompt response to any enquiries.
- Working with site crew weekly timesheets and payroll and allowances.
What we need you to bring:
- Minimum of 1 year bookkeeping experience or Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of MYOB.
- Knowledge of Excel essential and Therefore experience preferred.
- Competency in IT and general computer skills essential. We want you to love IT!
