ACCOUNTS & ADMIN OFFICER 

Available - 

• 1 X Full Time & 1 x Part Time position- Ravenhall VIC  
• Job security & career advancement opportunities 
• $30 to $40 per Hour, plus Superannuation 

Responsibilities- 

• Building & maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Invoicing & Payments 
• Staff Rostering, Timesheets & Payroll
• Bookkeeping & Data building 
• Associated administrative tasks
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant legislative regulations, client requirements, and organisational policy standards

Requirements - 

• Positive & can-do attitude 
• Committed & Self-Motivated
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills  
• Excellent organisational & leadership skills
• Experience in similar role & responsibilities 
• Experience in HR matters is desirable
