About the Role
We require an experienced fulltime Admin & Accounts Officer/Clerk to join our team on a full time basis. We can offer a great working environment and the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a hands-on accounting position. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. As part of a small team, you must be willing to pitch in and help others when needed. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, high attention to detail and exceptional organization and time management skills.
Duties will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- All aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Data entry
- Manage customer account enquiries
- Processing payments and receipts
- Banking account reconciliations
- Periodical sales and ad-hoc reporting with analysis in MS-Excel
- Upkeep of specific spreadsheets
- General Office duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years Bookkeeping experience in Australia
- Broad experience with Reckon & Microsoft Excel
- Strong commercial acumen with good numerical and analytical skills
- The ability to multi-task and work without supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high degree of loyalty, honest and integrity
