We are currently looking for an Accounts/Admin Officer to join our team based in Dandenong South. The position includes
Accounts
- Completion of all duties relating to Accounts (payables/receivables) and ensure these are followed up regularly for all entities,
- Resolve customer billing issues in a professional and timely manner,
- Calling and speaking to customers regarding overdue accounts,
- Data Entry, invoice entry etc.
- Reconciliation of all the company credit cards and bank statements by the due date,
- Customers' credit account applications.
Admin Officer
- Engage with customers/workers via phone, email and online platforms, providing assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently,
- Working closely with internal teams to coordinate service requests and manage customer accounts,
- Maintain accurate records (customer and worker) to ensure compliance with work requirements.
Additional ad-hoc duties as required by management
The successful candidate will have:- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Experience with Xero (preferred but not mandatory)
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A desire to learn new skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
