A position is available with a joinery business in Revesby.This role offers variety and flexibility. The successful person requires bookkeeping to trial balance experience, Microsoft office and Outlook skills and payroll experience. The candidate is required to have a clear English speaking voice as the role also includes answering the phone. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and has strong attention to detail.
Candidates with at least 3 years experience in a similar role using Zero.
Duties will include:
• Bank reconciliations
• Management of accounts payable and receivable
• Preparation of BAS
• Journals
• Payments and aba files
• Assist external Accountant with year end
• Payroll (with an understanding of awards)
• Superannuation reconciliation and payment
• Answering phone
The role currently requires a person 4 days a week. Monday to Thursday Hourly Rate is based upon experience.
