The internal staff and senior management team have been with the business for many years and they love working for the family. Throughout COVID this business stepped up a gear and kept all staff and actually came out the other side stronger and bigger to when they went into COVID. They have bought 2x new branch facilities and taken on more staff and increased the business operation. With the Staff count sitting at 84 throughout NSW they are looking to expand on this operation and we know need a proven all rounder.. 

Job Responsibilities – 

I must point out before we go any further it takes a special someone to work in family business. If you have worked in large corporate companies throughout your career this job is not for you. You can be asked to work in different areas of the business at the drop of hat. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going, everyone pitches in and gets the job done, it’s not like working for a multinational where you only do your job and go home. This business and operation are all about team work. You will be covering recruitment of staff, to reviewing award programmes, onboarding staff, incident reports and add hoc HR job requirements. 

Here are the key reasonability’s – 

• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
• Support other assigned functions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Candidate Requirements –

• 3 – 4 Years in a similar role – This is the Key to securing an interview for this role.
• Good stability throughout your career 
• Recruitment experience 
• Understanding of HR practices 
• Highly computer literate across all programmes 
• Fantastic Organisational skills
• Outgoing, positive attitude and proven problems solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail 

Job Details – 

• Monday to Friday 
• 8am to 5pm 
• You must be a permanent resident of Australia and have working experience in Australia, we are not offering sponsorship or any type of Visa application.  

Salary Package – 

• Base Salary - $80,000 - $90,000
• Superannuation – 11%
• Car Park Space
• Team events and company nights
