Accounts & Administration Coordinator
Patash & Civil (Group) is a family-owned civil construction and plant hire business. With recent company restructure we have a new position available for a full time Accounts & Administration Coordinator based at our Corio Office.
We are currently seeking a motivated, confident and accounts focused person who is organised and can carry out multiple tasks over multiple entities to join our dynamic team.
Working closely with both the Director and CFO, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate and have extensive experience in the following:
- Full functions of both Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Payroll processing including Super, Workcover, Child Support and payroll queries
- BAS lodgements
- Bank Reconciliations
- Implementing and ensuring KPI’s are met throughout the company
- Implementing and ensuring department budgets are met
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operations of the office
- Seamless operations in maintaining effective communication and maximising productivity in a fast-paced construction environment
- Effectively handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
Proven MYOB Account Right experience essential.
Knowledge in the following programs would be an advantage but full training would be provided if required, SIMPRO and Crew Traka.
