We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Accounts Administrator to join our bookkeeping team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation for 3 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Managing accounts in Xero (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger)
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Completing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts administration role
- Proven experience using Xero accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
