The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing creditor and debtor invoicing.
- Accounts reconciliation.
- Timesheet reconciliation and process of payroll.
- Debt recovery and associated procedures.
- Investigating and resolving accounts receivable enquires.
- Project reporting and claims submissions.
- Onboarding of new employees.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Maintaining good working relationships with customers and work colleagues.
- General administration duties.
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working within administration or accounts and possess the following skills:
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Multitasking and forward-thinking abilities with a proactive approach.
- Experience in a similar field advantageous.
- MYOB Accounting knowledge or similar.
- Intermediate computer skills with an understanding of accounting functions.
- Well presented with a good telephone manner, and communication skills.
