About the opportunity
The HR Administrator position reports to the Group Shared Services Manager and is part of the Human Resources team. This is the perfect opportunity for a team administrator looking to gain exposure to HR and learn from industry professionals. Your focus will be to provide quality administration to support the day-to-day functions of the team. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Management of the HR Inbox and following up on requests from our managers and employees
- Assisting with the first stage drafting of employment agreements
- Issue and manage induction training records
- Coordinate our company wide employee recognition or service programme which includes proactively running regular reports, ordering of gifts, and distributing to relevant offices as required
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate data is recorded for payment
- Regularly using the HRIS system (Cornerstone) and ensuring all data entered is accurate
- Providing an exceptional internal and external stakeholder experience and engagement
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role to a busy team is highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail with time management and prioritisation skills
- Keen to learn and progress your career in HR
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team environment
