As a key contributor, you will deliver exceptional assistance and service to our customers! You'll play a vital role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring the success of our People & Culture team. From managing critical tasks to handling various administrative duties, your efforts will directly support our P&C team and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all HR-related data in our HR Systems (primarily Employment Hero and Culture Amp) with precision and timeliness, ensuring regular data reconciliations.
- Deliver a best in class on-boarding and off-boarding experience to our employees.
- Own the accurate and timely delivery of Retinue’s employee milestone program and monthly pulse check surveys.
- Support the wider P&C team with employee lifecycle administration, including change of status, performance and on-boarding & off-boarding documentation.
- Facilitate efficient management of visa queries to ensure compliance and provide timely and accurate guidance to employees and stakeholders.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment campaign deliverables.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements, including developing operational manuals to standardize procedures across recruitment and P&C operations.
- Working closely with the Office Coordinator to ensure workplace experience and wellbeing programs are delivered.
- Contribute to P&C projects and initiatives and support the implementation of Retinue People & Culture initiatives.
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in owning data and updating employee lifecycle information in HR systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Is capable of multitasking projects that often vary in scale and scope
- A willingness to learn.
- Ability to exercise initiative and discretion.
- Strong numeric/analytics skills.
- A dedicated commitment to proactive customer service, consistently exceeding expectations with a customer-centric approach.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Salary
- $60k - $70k + super salary (depending on relevant experience)
