Build Clean is Australia's leading construction cleaning company. Specialising in handover cleaning for builders in the residential and commercial sector. Build Clean QLD is part of the national Build Clean organisation. *Our company is NOT a franchise. Our QLD division 2 years young and growing rapidly, grew 110% on last FY. It is led by Neata Crompton, 30-year-old female hockey player accompanied by partner Glen. We would like someone that is willing to adapt & grow within the organisation. Build Clean boasts our high culture & productivity. This role will begin as a combination of Admin & HR, as QLD grows these will eventually separate. There will also be further leadership opportunities or alternatively opportunities to reduce workload with assistant roles. We can be super flexible to suit your requirements.

- Xero
- BAS & Superannuation
- Bookkeeping
- 5 years experience preferred
- Ad hoc, Finance & EOM report preparation
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Collection
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing of weekly wages (Xero)
- Accounts receivable & payable, chasing overdues
- BAS & Superannuation
- Preparation & involvement of weekly finance meeting with Managing Director
- Preparation of EOM Reports
- Onboarding / Off boarding employees
- Managing Employee & HR documents
- Liaising with CFO & Accountant
- Monitoring & Ordering Stock
- Other general administrative responsibilities
