This is a part-time role working;
- 12 hours per week
- 9am - 1pm Wed, Thurs & Fri or 9am-3.30pm Wed & Fri
As an Accounts Administrator you will support the Accounts team in the work they do. Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager you will work alongside a team of 4 in this newly created role. As the business grows there is opportunity to expand hours.
A typical day could involve:
- Entering new clients or employees into our accounting software
- Supporting Accounts Payable & Receivables with invoice data entry
- Sending monthly statements via post
- Regular data management and clean ups
- Assisting with accounts data management; sending payment reminders and letters or chasing up paperwork.
The role requires you to be detail orientated, accurate and diligent in your communication. Whilst experience is not necessary as we will train you in the work you do, an understanding of the operations of accounts will be beneficial.

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you must have/be:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Administrative / data entry role.
- Previous experience in Accounts is preferable but this is not required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and computer skills, high attention to detail and demonstrated initiative.
- Reliable, punctual, professional and a solid work ethic.
- An outgoing personality; we're a friendly team that like to enjoy their time at work.
- A quick learner and a hard worker.
- Able to prioritize effectively and have good time management skills.
- A clear Police Check.
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word).
