They are a leading provider of innovative solutions, specializing in advanced technology for the industry and distribute the product globally.
This industry leader is looking for an Assistant Accountant/Admin Manager at Rydalmere location. Start from 8-19 July and 29-31 July, weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
if you perform well, extension is expected.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Accounts / Administrator in accounting jobs such as recording expenses, bank reconciliation and preparing monthly General Journal entries for closing/allocation/corrections
Accounts receivable - Investigating, following up and processing of outstanding claims, credit notes and overdue invoices
Preparing and processing weekly payment
All freight invoice check against sales and internal transfer
EOM Adjustment accrual, prepayment, customer deposit
Timely and accurate processing of invoices
Ensure supporting documents and approvals are obtained
Be the first point of contact for any client invoice queries and come to a resolution with the client
Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients
What you will need:
3 years of experience in accounting and administrative work.
Available during the specified period (8-19 July and 29-31 July), weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Casual employment.
