Accounts and Administration Officer.
Position Details:
Hours: Fulltime, Monday to Friday
Location: The Esplanade, Hervey Bay
Responsibilities
- Office and salon admin
- Data entry and bookkeeping. Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles Experience with computer-based bookkeeping. MYOB experience an advantage.
- Reconciling and paying supplier accounts.
- Reporting to and liaising with BAS Agent and Accountant
- Reconcile daily takings/banking and bank reconciliations.
- Reconciling all regulatory accounts in accounting software
- Filing and record keeping .
- Personal Assistant to Manager
- General office and salon administrative duties.
- Stock control/processing orders/liaising with suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining in house computer system. (Hairwear)
- Answering phones when required
- Making appointments when required
- Opening and closing when required.
- Assisting in salon when required.
Bonus:
Willingness to learn content creation for marketing on platforms such as Facebook, website and Mailchimp.
