Skills & experience required
- Data entry of invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Collection of overdue monies
- Prepare and pay invoices and manage payments
- Respond to client/supplier enquiries
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- General administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable and or Receivable Officer
- Sound MS Office skills across all applications.
- Fast and accurate data entry speed
In some of these industries, it is desirable to hold a current Working with Children check, NDIS clearance and National Police Clearance as well as mandatory flu and COVID vaccinations for the aged care and allied health industry specifically.
