We're looking for candidates with :

• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts/Finance or Office Manager role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (eg Xero, Myob, Netsuite)
• Ability to motivate individuals to ensure the company's shared vision and goals are achieved.
• Seeking a long-term career in a dynamic company

Duties include :

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, billing, and collections.
• Prepare and manage payment runs.
• Match and reconcile supplier monthly statements.
• Process invoices efficiently and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assisting with developing a positive company culture and ad-hoc HR tasks
• Provide administrative support to the CEO
