The Position
In the role of Accounts Assistant your key responsibilities will include:
- Full range of Accounts Payable and receivable function, including accurate processing of invoices
- Data entry and stationary orders when needed
- Systems improvements
- Process invoices/claims
- Investigating and resolving any internal and external queries
- Maintenance of supplier relationships
- You will display excellent communications skills and will feel comfortable in speaking with various internal and external stakeholders
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Accounts Assistant will have:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles would be ideal
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
