Our Opportunity
Due to continuous growth Nepean Power is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have some payroll understanding and be able to assist our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team in a high-volume environment. Experience with Pronto ERP would be an advantage but is not essential.
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Process corporate credit card, petty cash transactions and domestic freight invoices.
- Responding to pay enquiries, payment errors and complaints efficiently with a smile.
- AP/AR end to end
- Payroll end to end support (and holiday relief)
- Support to the Senior Accounts Officer (and holiday relief)
The Right Person
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts team within a business managing 100+ staff.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced high volume accounts role managing deadlines and able to prioritise tasks.
- Have high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
