ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be joining our capable Finance and Corporate Services team, who oversee the Finance, Administration, and IT functions. This is a full-time role based in our central North Sydney office including 1 day/week working from home. Ideal role for the right person who is prepared to learn new skills and work in a collaborative and positive environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts payable - processing invoices and payments, reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable - support to the Finance Manager.
- Corporate Cards - reconciliation and management.
- Expense claims – process and reconcile reports.
- Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports, including month end reconciliations, fixed assets and timesheet reporting.
- Accounts inbox management
- Postage and mailing.
- Order office supplies, staff amenities; organise events, travel & accommodation.
- Internet, device, phone and printer maintenance and asset management.
- Answering general enquiries via the admin@ inbox and Head Office landline.
- Admin support to the CEO.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3 years finance local experience in a professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Solid computer skills, high proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, ability to meet deadlines.
- An Australian citizen/permanent work visa with no sponsorship requirements
- Tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic & upbeat attitude making a positive difference.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
