This is part time (4 days p/week) or full time (5 days p/week) role supporting the Operations Manager.
Administrative support to the Operations Manager will include but is not limited to:
- Invoicing support
- Accounts Payable/Receivable reconciliation within Xero
- Ensure the efficient operation of the office by maintaining digital documents and files
- Assisting Architects and Senior Staff with related project administration/reporting
Essential Criteria
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- 2-3 + years of relevant experience in Administration (a design/professional services environment will be looked upon favourably)
- Software experience:
- Xero
- Total synergy
- Excel (must be confident with standard formulas and document set up) - Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of the wider admin team
- Great communication skills and someone who is happy collaborating with many different people in the business
- Trusted employee with an understanding of how to handle sensitive/confidential information with absolute discretion
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm and professional manner
- No fuss approach to work; happy to get stuck in and help where required
