The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team with the following:
- Bank and card reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable activities- Including overseeing credit control of overdue payments.
- Manage accounts payable activities and AP emails.
- Set up and onboarding of new suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare weekly reports including aged receivables, aged payable and credit card statements.
- Assist in maintaining fleet and house expenses.
- Assist and support in Payroll functions.
- Assist in performing month-end and year-end processes.
- Ad hoc work as required.

This role will be full-time based in our office in St Leonards, Sydney.
About You
This role will be suited to someone with the following qualifications and experience:
- Tertiary Education in accounting (minimum Bachelor degree)
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Competent in MS packages including an intermediate level in Excel.
- Experience working with XERO will be beneficial.
- Knowledge about NDIS is ideal but not mandatory.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
