SalaryA fantastic position has arisen for a Accounts Assistant working for an progressive and growing commercial & interior design construction company based in North Sydney. Reporting in to the Accounts Manager you will play an integral position as part of the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Full function accounts payable and receivable
- Entering all invoices into accounting system
- Setting up new suppliers
- Maintaining financial records
- Seeking & chasing approval for invoices
- Chasing suppliers for invoices
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and queries
- Processing creditor payments and credit card payments
- Sending out supplier remittances
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Reporting
- Ad hoc administration
The Successful Candidate
We are seeking an individual who will enjoy working in a fast-paced, progressive working environment.
- Previous experience in accounts
- High accuracy levels and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- MYOB experience is highly regarded
