Accounts Payable & Receivable
Monthly balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
Prepare monthly prepayment and accruals
Prepare and enter journals as required
Maintain the asset register
Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS lodgement
Assist with month-end reporting
Assist in preparation yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts
Assist the finance team as required
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role
MYOB experience
Construction industry experience is essential
Experience in JOBPAC software is advantageous.
The ability to work autonomously
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
