About the role: Looking for a full-time accounts' assistant/administration officer.
HOURS: 9am-5pm, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
Duties include:
- account reconciliation - HARMONIQ - MicroNet Microsoft dynamics software.
- Assisting in opening mail, photo copying, taking phone calls and running daily errands.
Required skills and experience
CANTONESE/MANDARIN OR SPEAKING CANDIDATES PREFFERED.
Harmoniq is easy to learn - no experience required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft word and excel, computer savvy desired.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Able to multitask and follow direction
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous
