Role and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all necessary items are stocked.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Core skills you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in all areas of the practice.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
