Accounts & Finance Officer

We are in the market to seek an experienced professional to join our growing team and assist our business with delivery of best practice of people management, accounts, finances and office admin
Glenny Kebabs in Melbourne has quickly grown to become one of the most popular restaurants in Melbourne, with 4 sites operating and opening another 3 this year along with franchising.

Key tasks include but are not limited to: 
 

• acting as the first point of contact for all staff and business queries
• recruitment (posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, arranging trials for the restaurants, etc.)
• maintenance of policies and procedures
• payroll and superannuation
• exploring business grants and job subsidies actively
• relaunching induction and training program for restaurant staff
• implementing changes in staff role conditions
• contracts
• employee referral program
• compliance
• financial reporting
• BAS
• EOFY
• Maintain wage cost/budget
