Role Overview:
This multifaceted role involves:
- Assisting in end-to-end processing and reporting of fortnightly payroll.
- Managing the onboarding process for new employees and maintaining the staff database across platforms such as Deputy, Flare, and MYOB Advanced Business.
- Supporting the preparation of various statutory obligations including superannuation, Department of Education and Training Victoria, Australian Taxation Office, and Work Cover.
- Undertaking additional analytical tasks as required.
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting end-to-end payroll operations.
- Familiarity with the National Employment Standards.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a keen focus on compliance.
- Prior experience with MYOB Advanced Business and Deputy will be advantageous.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and development.
