We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance the workflow of the department.
- A strong emphasis on Project costing, collaborate with Project managers and identity opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
In order to be successful in the role you will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience working with project costing.
- Excellent accounting software knowledge/ experience using MYOB and its functions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills to manage and support the accounts team.
- Experience within a similar industry would be desirable.
