The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our ARDEX NSW sales team based at Seven Hills NSW but moving to Kemps Creek in 2024. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, this is a hands-on field-based role involving account management of a strong distributor customer base with the emphasis on business development and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve desired levels of sales volume, market share, profit targets.
- Ability to influence others and create long term internal and external customer relationships focused on enhancing the customer experience with ARDEX.
- Technical ability to ensure the transfer of knowledge and value, either via the delivery of formal training or during on-site project visits.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- You are a competent Account Manager with a proven track record in driving business success within the construction and building products industry.
- Hands on experience with floor preparation and resilience floor coverings would be advantageous.
- The ability to build and maintain strong business relationships that drive value for the customer and ARDEX.
- Strong computer literacy is essential.
