Key Responsibilities:
- Process Weekly payroll
- Debt collection
- Debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Process weekly & monthly payment to creditors
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Quarterly BAS’s & monthly PAYG
- Liaising with the eternal accountants
- Various ad-hoc tasks as required
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping / accounting role.
- Proficient in MYOB and MS office
- Self-motivated, friendly and enthusiastic individual
- A positive can-do attitude with good time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of improving and developing procedures and processes
- A high level of attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Working hours: 9:00am to 4:00pm in office - Mon-Fri
