Responsibilities
- Inbound calls to the accounts department.
- Customer payments via online payment portal.
- Assist customer queries regarding their ledger.
- Filter emails to the accounts department via Zendesk.
- Bank Account reconciliations.
- Encoding expenses for staff cards.
- Prepare timesheets for payroll.
- Managing company vehicle register for 15 vehicles.
- Maintain adequate levels of stationary and staff amenities.
- Organise routine maintenance with property managers.
- Assist team in general when staff take leave.
- Collect mail from PO Box in Smithfield.
- Assist with seasonal events preparation.
- Other tasks as directed by management.
Required skills and qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar associated office role.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to engage confidently with staff to achieve positive company outcomes.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- MUST have excellent computer skills including word, excel, Office365 & Teams.
- Previous experience with Netsuite, payroll MYOB and Easy Clocking Timesheets an advantage but not essential.
- Full training is provided for company SOP.
About the role
- Full Time Role 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Hours are approx. 76 per fortnight.
- Work as part of the Accounts Team reporting to the Finance Manager.
- Wetherill Park head office location.
- Onsite Parking available.
