Robert Half is currently recruiting an unmissable opportunity for a skilled Accounts Officer to join the team of a popular international brand. A 6-month temporary position to support the successful finance team, working from their brand new state-of-the-art office overlooking Melbourne's city scape.
This role will require you to manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable function. This will include; invoice processing, reporting, reconciliations, inbox and query management and ad hoc finance support to the Finance Manager.

The Role
You will report to the Finance Manager and carry out the responsibilities of the Accounts Officer.
Some typical duties will involve:

• Purchase order processing and management
• Processing invoices
• Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
• Reconciliations
• Data processing & Data entry
• Account enquiry and resolution
• Accounts inbox management
• Reporting
• Ad-Hoc Finance duties

Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume accounting and finance role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable End-to-End function. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

• Strong excel skills and ERP Accounting system experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to start immediately
• Enthusiastic and friendly personality
• Work independently or within a team
