This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer looking for their next step, as well as being open for individuals with limited Accounts experience though who have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Accounts Payable – raising orders, entering invoices, receiving goods, reconciling statements, filing, liaising with overseas suppliers
- Accounts Receivable – entering orders, issue invoices, processing bank statements, allocating payments, reconciliations, maintaining the ledger
- Bank accounts reconciliation
- Handling statements from Stripe, PayPal, Zip, and Afterpay
- Generating weekly and ad-hoc reports for management
- Addressing internal and external queries
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Experience
- Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a broader team
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Dedicated and hard working attributes are a must
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Office 365, Adobe and Loom platforms are preferable
