Accounts Officer

Our Company is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Officer. We are a progressive Company that runs essential Accounting & Payroll services to clients in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry.

The job will include:

• High Volume Accounts Payable in Xero Accounting
• High Volume Bank Reconciliations
• Cloud Accounting Document filing
• Weekly Supplier statement reconciliation
• Excellent time management skills including ability to work on multiple clients simultaneously

To be successful in this position you will have and demonstrate the following:

• Polished and professional presentation
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable environment highly essential
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to always impress
• Working knowledge of Xero Accounting extremely advantageous
