The Role
We have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer at Sheldon College. This pivotal role within the financial operations team focuses on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Accounts Receivable process and ensuring effective cash flow management through timely invoicing and collections
This is a term time role working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

About you
- Previous experience in a high-volume transactional Accounts Receivable role with sound understanding of all account receivable functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to proactively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Eligible to hold a Working with Children Blue Card – Commission for Children and Young People
- Ability to train, develop, and supervise staff.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with TASS and OWNA is a desirable qualification
