Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -
- Raising daily invoices to clients for various stages of the building process
- Coordinate and generate invoices for final payments to enable timely handover of homes
- Raise monthly invoices for commercial properties
- Maintain integrity of the accounts receivable ledger
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Work with credit controllers to minimise overdue invoices
A bright and energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to work under minimal supervision as part of the finance team. You must be able to professionally and effectively communication with a number of stakeholders to facilitate payment of invoices.
