The Role
This role provides thorough support to the senior consultants within the executive search practice. The Personal Assistant/Front of House is responsible aiding consultants throughout the entire recruitment process, from drafting engagement letters and formatting CVs and other documents for long list and short list presentations, to arranging meetings between clients and candidates, and typing and preparation of reference checks.
Some of the responsibilities include
- Intensive diary management
- Screening and prioritising of incoming contacts; including written communication and personal callers
- Liaising with external EAs to coordinate interviews and business meetings
- Coordination of all internal and external interviews
- Producing candidate and client reports
- Creating and formatting highly detailed and accurate Executive Business Proposals, Business Tenders & Research Assignments
- Reconciliation of corporate expenses including Amex and cash
- Arranging and coordinating conference calls and Microsoft Teams interviews
- Coordinating and managing domestic travel, including flights
- Front of House duties
You will have
- A high-level attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- The ability to establish and maintain professional business relationships with clients and external executives, including CEO/General Management level individuals
- The ability to ensure that the expectations or requests of clients and candidates are attended
- The ability to remain focused on the customer at all times
- The ability to meet required deadlines of consultants and clients
- Ensure information is communicated in a timely and clear manner
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive personal and role information
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
